Pre Purchase & Due Diligence Assessments

TLC is experienced with contaminated land assessment for due diligence and pre purchase negotiations. Recently TLC completed the following assessments :

Contour Global’s Combined Heat and Power (CHP) Plant at Coca Cola Hellenic’s manufacturing facility at Knockmore Hill near Lisburn (Northern Ireland);
Sherbrooke House, located at Monck St, Westminster;
Premier House, a former nursery site in Ferring (Sussex);
Residential Property near Farnham (Surrey);
A Garden Renovation at Rainham Hall, Rainham (East London);
Recreational Playing Fields, Mill Hill (North London);
Hayes Gate FC for a College in Hayes (West London); and
A property located on a former gas works site (East London).

Contaminated Land Regulatory Approvals

TLC is experienced with discharging contaminated land planning conditions in relation to soil, groundwater and land gases. Recent examples include residential developments in Borehamwood (North London), Bushy (Middlesex), East Ham (East London), Epsom (Surrey), Slough (Berkshire) and Rainham (East London), plus two residential developments in Cambridge.

TLC also has experience obtaining environmental permissions for larger commercial and industrial developments such as for the BritNed project (the largest transmission project in Europe) and for an industrial unit development near Maidstone (Kent). TLC obtained approval from the regulators to commence the development construction at BritNed less than two weeks from commissioning.

Requirement to Determine Pipe Material Contaminated Land Assessments

TLC is experienced with conducting pipe material assessments, sometimes a requirement by the Water Utility Companies. TLC has completed assessments for developments in Dalston (East London), Hounslow (West London) and Northwood (Middlesex).
